NEW Fall Menu From The Mule: Embrace the Season, If You Must

Well, folks, it’s that time of year again. The leaves are falling, the air is getting crisp, and The Mule at 41 King William St. in Hamilton, Ontario, is debuting its NEW FALL MENU. Yes, that’s right. We’ve whipped up a few seasonal items to warm your chilly soul, or at least distract you from the fact that winter is lurking around the corner.

First up, let’s talk margaritas. Because who doesn’t need a little tequila to cope with the impending doom of winter?

  • “Ginger Spice and Everything Nice”: This concoction features ginger-infused reposado tequila, Fireball, Cointreau, apple cider, honey, sage, cinnamon, and lime. It’s like autumn in a glass—if autumn came with a hangover.

  • “The OC”: This is not a throwback to your teenage drama days, but rather a mix of Cazadores reposado tequila, Aperol, Cointreau, Galliano, orange, lime, and coconut. It’s basically summer vacation wrapped up in a festive bow. Just don’t blame us when you start dreaming of beach parties.

Our cocktail game is strong this fall:

  • “Orville Island”: This masterpiece combines brown butter-washed Havana Club 7-Year rum, ginger liqueur, popcorn, cinnamon, and clove.

  • “Good Luck, Babe!”: Inspired by Chappell Roan (yes, we know who that is), this drink features Bacardi spiced rum, Chambord, pineapple, raspberry, and lemon.

We get it. Sometimes you want something that’s not a taco.

  • “Bang Bang MFC”: Togarashi buttermilk fried chicken, bang bang sauce, pickled chilies, green onion, pickled cucumber, black sesame, and cilantro. It’s a mouthful, literally and figuratively.

  • “Mule Cheese Puffs”: Cotija cheese puffs with green onions, pickled chilies, tomatillo hot sauce, lemon mayo, and cilantro. Because who doesn’t want to eat their feelings in the form of cheesy puffs?

And Tacos: Yes, We Still Have Those

  • “The Blackened Fish”: Blackened fish with cabbage, bang bang sauce, mango pineapple salsa, and cilantro. It’s fresh, it’s flavorful, and it won’t judge you for the number of margaritas you’ve had.

  • “The Cali Fried Chicken”: Buttermilk fried chicken, cabbage, tangy hot sauce, mean green sauce, cheddar, fresh jalapeños, red onion, grilled pineapple, and cilantro. It’s the culinary equivalent of a California dreamin’ vibe—if you know what we mean.

So there you have it. those are some of Our new fall menu items - Swing by The Mule, where we might not change your life, but we can definitely change your dinner plans.
